wrap your butties in kitchen roll or greaseproof paper before you put them in a plastic bag, this keeps it clean so that you can use it again and again.  Or you can just wash the bag, or use tin foil, or a waxed food wrap, or greaseproof paper!  There’s always an alternative to plastic!  Another tip for cleaning, instead of buying lots of different detergents and chemicals I use Soda Crystals, cost less than £1 per bag, last for a year!  (buy these in shops like Semi-Chem), mix with hot water and white vinegar, you can clean your whole house with this solution, I’ve used it for many years.
